This is what you get from this bank. This is just the first of many videos I have taken of their manipulations over the years.(yes, they have been at this that long). I have also interviewed others who have received the same treatment. My story is shocking and if they dont stop delaying taking this to court where the truth can be made public. I will be forced to expose the truth here in the most public of venues. What is the truth? Well I believe I have enough to prove it is downright criminal. Stay tuned.

Definition of strawman tactics: Take credible info (laws/statutes) and misinterpret it to lead others to a false conclusion. Patriots know this tactic well. People who use this tactic assume the public is not capable of independent research to find the truth (sad mistake). People who do this are called SHILLS! Most of the time this tactic is used as a means to discredit/mislead.

I have watched this story unfold for years as a friend of driller002. What they are doing to him is nothing short of criminal and to see how systemic it is, removes what little hope I have in true justice. Hopefully the Attorney General will get involved when this is all said and done. We have collected tapes upon tapes for years, attempting to document this corruption and manipulation. NOT THIS TIME. Bankers- you screwed with the wrong dude. He is a lot smarter than he looks. ;)

@cherrychic88 100% correct cherrychick! Sounds like someone got their law deg out of a crackerjack box. I have got a sneaking suspicion the bank has seen this video;) I am now thinking I should check out the legality of what the bank was trying to pull. I wonder if unethical practices would help them in court?

@cherrychic88 If I was the bank's attorney you would know because this video would have been removed already. Yes, please post some of the other video's. According to this video I can not see any wrong doing. I am sure that this is a lot more behind the sceens that is probably illegal, but this video doesn't prove anything. What is being shown in this video is legal and is by the books (except for the recording).

@cherrychic88 I actually took it straight from the Kansas Recording Laws from the Kansas Statutes. You can look it up yourself: kansasstatutes.lesterama. org/Chapter_21/Article_40/21-4­001.html section 4. I could care less what driller002 does, but thought he would want to know that if someone sees this video that he could be held accountable and it could be used against him. I am all for people as you say, "power to the people" as long as it is done legally.

@sarahjohnson1983 ok, so just out of curiosity I looked this up and it looks like you took different parts of the statute and combined them to try to prove your point. First of all this doesn't look to be a very private conversation since it was in a public place with security cameras, a room full of people, a speakerphone with who knows how many people on the other line and a court reporter. I would also wager that if driller is the patriot he says he is he probably checked out its legality.

Let me guess, you are either one of the bank's attorneys or a colleague of their's doing some covert work for them! You're so sneaky!!
