On our road trip through the Ruta de las Flores, we stopped in Juayua for a belt-busting experience of eating El Salvadorean food. For more about our trip and travels through El Salvador and the rest of Central America, visit http://www.bessieandkyle.com
What a beautiful, beautiful city.
I hope I can return someday.
I remember driving toward Juayua and
seeing it down in that beautiful green valley...I will never forget!
God Bless El Salvador.

Hi, you should've tried the "Gallo en chicha"is yummie, also you were supposed to take Atol Chilate with the Platano en miel or plantains, the Atol is kind of flavorless so it can compensate the sweettnes of the platano.
But all in all, thanks for visiting El Salvador, that a proof that people can actually have fun and not always be afraid in my beatiful country.
I Went 4 years ago with my family, and we extremely enjoyed it. Did you bring any Artesania?.
Best wishes from Bakersfield!

That food looks good as can be. Do us a favour. Grab some of the locals cooking there and send 'em here to New Zealand. I'm hungry, now!
