Since when does power mean you can't ask someone else to fight in a war? It's called being smart about not depleting your own resources. And as for WWII, the US never felt like getting into a war anyways until Japan made a stupid attack on Pearl Harbor...and guess what happened after that? The US wiped Japan's butt, two nukes and Japan yelped surrender so fast that their heads were spinning....is that not power enough?
