This little video discusses the problems associated with student retention in a traditional dojo. It looks at an old theory in the martial arts that says only one out of one hundred will achieve the rank of Black Belt. It does this by looking at 12 common reasons that will make a student quit or be dismissed. The purpose for this video is to keep the quality of the dojo high and at the same time retaining promising students.
