Roca is a nonprofit in Chelsea, MA dedicated to engaging the highest risk young people and engaging them so that they can make profound changes in their lives.

The concept of truth, trust and transformation is the foundation of the work we do with young people. It's about being honest about what's going on, with yourself and in the lives of these young people. It's about building relationships with disengaged young people, and eventually trust with them. Finally, it's about making the difficult life changes necessary to live a healthy, productive life.
