Building Stealth Chemclouds and Painting the Sky With Rainbows - South Coast UK

They were literally painting the sky and dropping clouds. It was so blatant and so wrong, The clouds were dropping down too fast. I think there was a technical error! -

This video was fine when I put it up. But now it is pixelated. I've never had this happen before. Does anyone know what has caused this?

cuz it is probably the same technical errors that you saw in the video just like the melty clouds--doesn't show up till it is in the camera
