not really.. GRID uses the Ego engine, an updated version of the Neon engine used in Dirt

So, if i run grid on highest settings including AA, will it run DiRT about the same? :)

No, Dirt has a much worse engine optimization. Grid gives about twice as much fps when you choose similiar settings in the menu.
