MY GOD IT TOOK ALONG TIME TO UPLOAD THIS VIDEO FROM MY CAMERA!!!

I thought I would try to do something I haven't seen on YouTube before: a walking tour of my town, so that people who live in other places can see what it's like here. Just trying to change things up a little bit. Got a JVC Everio camera which produces surprisingly crisp pictures and thought I would try it out. I should have been at work but I had the day off.

I'm breathing a little heavy here because I had been on my daily walk and had finished about a mile and a quarter, turned the corner to go up to my street, and started filming, coincidentally right where the Latino neighbors ALWAYS throw their junk LOL. The walk proceeds on my street, North Kingston, past my house and to the foot bridge going over Highway 101. End of Part 1.

To all of you people in the Midwest and East being drilled by the massive storm, take care. I'm originally from Nebraska and I know how bad some of these storms can be, but I've never one like this before in my life. My heart reaches out to you, seriously.

By the way, I really couldn't find any comedy/talent agent websites that would be of any help, as none of them that I spoke to even wanted to look at rookies.

  • thanks for reminding me of my hometown. if only it didnt stop and start so much. miss you san mateo!

  • @sfgiantpoet I'm actually going to do a much better version when it stops raining, so stay tuned. Maybe a week or two.

  • Yeah, it is legal in most places, but some streets are zoned against it. I live in Shoreview where the streets are so thin that it's almost a requirement. Norfolk, Delaware, Poplar, Peninsula - some of those streets, not so much.

  • you asshole! the whole time I was waiting for you to get hit by a car. is that going to happen in Pt. 2?

  • @nutsarefancy HAHAHAHA If it will raise my ratings, why not? HAHAHAHA

  • Good vid sir, been to San Mateo many of times. I live in Antioch,Ca.in the East Bay Area. Cheers!

  • @gabethegun Antioch is a nice little town. I have a friend who bought a house out there and he rarely comes to this side of the Bay anymore. Thanks for stopping by,

  • @busog97641 yes its fine. as long as you dont stop foot traffic. its so narrow in the streets and two way traffic is next to impossible. do what you can.

  • I have a question, is it legal or not for the autos parked on the sidewalk? It seems like it would be hard for say, someone using a Zimmer Frame, or a wheelchair to get past. I do notice that the sidewalk has a slope to it, so as to accommodate for someone to get past, I am guessing.

  • @meb659 Yeah, I forgot they throw all that crap out there. I don't go down that street all that much. But it's still a pleasant walk I try to take once a day or so.

  • Nice looking town, except in the begining where all the garbage is. LOL Your weather is better than ours, it seems (Los Angeles). Nice little change for you in your videos.
