V train of R46s arriving at its Manhattan terminal of Lower East Side-2nd Avenue. The V line has been discontinued as of June 25, 2010.

  • That is a wonderful suggestion that you heard!But will F train be still going to coney island when V train gets extended. By the way G train should be extended to coney island so there will be less congestion on the subway. this should happen now instead of 2012. One more thing when did you hear about this?

  • all i know is that the G will be extended to Church Avenue while the Gowanus El is being repaired. this will require trains to skip stops between Jay Street and Church Avenue. there are currently no plans to extend V service to Brooklyn or restore the Culver Express
