Wonderfully haunting vocals, and the sensitivity of the supporting musicians is amazing. Absolutely lovely.

saw Jackie Friday in New Milton, Hants. Had never heard of her until then but really enjoyed the gig. Definitely a fan now.

This is really great. It's no fun being a drover's wife, it appears. Enjoyed seeing Jackie live in the Dales last night.
Will go and see her again some day soon, I hope.

Far out. I`ve never seen anyone playing a suitcase before!
Seriously tho`, congratulations and thanks to Jackie Oates (and friends) for such a wonderfully poignant presentation of a Henry Lawson poem.
He wrote funny stuff too! Check him out.
