Two days ago I received my "new" Dell laptop in the mail to replace the other laptop that was causing me all the trouble. It is a dramatic improvement from my previous Dell laptop. It's fully loaded with a 2.10GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4GB of RAM, 250GB hard drive, a fingerprint reader, a webcam, ATI Mobility Radeon HD graphics card with 256MB of video ram, and was just upgraded to Microsoft Windows 7 Professional.
The specs of my previous laptop were a 2.00GHz Intel Centrino Processor, 3GB of RAM, 160GB hard drive, and a garbage 2 megapixel webcam.

Customer Reviews:
Shipped directly from Dell. Excellent packaging. It was simple to unpack, assemble, start up for the first time with a few of my preferences factored in the first time. The computer comes with a Getting Started type of manual that's quite thorough for that purpose. There is no expanded user manual, but there is a repair manual available ...

Can you upload a video taken with the webcamera, so that we can see the video-quality and the sound-quality? :D Thinking about buying this laptop myself... Thanks!

@pcwalker I believe that all of it was done in India, so that does make sense to me why they include the wrong CD's with the computer. What really gets to me is that out of all the CD's that come with it, the wrong one had to be the drivers and utilities CD. But it doesn't matter to me anymore because I was able to get all of the drivers off of Dell's website and make my own CD out of them.
