The Egyptian government receives aid from the U.S. which is second only to that received by Israel. Of course they are going to do what the U.S. government and their masters in the Israeli lobby want them to do. Putting out hasbara that their actions are to "protect their border" doesn't work.

And the second point I would like to introduce , why won't you try to break the siege from Egypt ? They build a wall to protect their border, they won't even let humanitarian supplies to get into Gazza (What Israel do allow!) .

So yes, I agree maybe some of the so called innocent people there do suffer, but when you will find a way, effective one, to fight terrorism without making those people life hard, Let us know ok?
Unless you don't suffer from terror, you don't have any legal right to tell Israel what is right and what is wrong!
