@Haseeb2 No I did not. I mistakenly thought I was in the same good shape I was in my 20s and almost injured myself with the yoga. I have since had a lot more success following the advice of persons like yourself, the hodgetwins and scooby for the exercise piece. In my channel I am devoted to eating and preparing the best whole foods that are home grown using aquaponics and gardening. Check out the channel.

@kawaim0m0 The best advise I can give you is to practice good posture as much as possible. This is a problem I have been dealing with as well. Exercises like pushups, hot potatoes and any other exercises which emphasize proper shoulder alignment are excellent. Just be mindful of when you are rolling your shoulders forward and correct it. This looks worse than P90X, which almost killed me. This workout needs a warning label. Nice work.

@Reiben1972 For you, yes. But for me, as I stated in the video there is a reason why I do them this way. I have been doing swings like this for years and have yet to run into any problems. In doing the swings the traditional way, I developed frozen shoulder and everytime I try to return to doing it the traditional way, it causes me problems. Effacacy is much more important that technique. This is not about me pleasing others, this is about me doing what works best for me.
