Christian World Outreach recruited 13 team members from Denver, Colorado for a mission trip to Port au Prince, Haiti October 23-30, 2010. God accomplished many miraculous things on this trip including building a house and completing construction repairs for an earthquake damaged school. Our team was also able to do arts and crafts with the children at two different schools and help with a children's feeding program. Even with the language barrier we were able to make many new friends in Haiti! We are humbled by the incredible faith and amazing spirit of the Haitian people in spite of dealing with the aftermath of the earthquake, the threat of cholera and very difficult day-to-day living conditions. Our prayers continue to be with the people of Haiti.

Rubble and tent cities as far as the eye can see-
Horrible roads and crazy traffic, contaminated water, a cholera outbreak plus corruption and a country in turmoil-
Oh but Oh...... the beautiful and friendly people of Haiti!!
My heart sings with incredible love and joy for you.
You truly put life in perspective and showed me what matters when you have nothing but FAITH!
I witnessed the glory of God shine through you like the most precious stone he has ever created --
THANK YOU HAITI
My memories are abundant and my heart is full-
I have fallen in love with Haiti and its people
Oh how I want to return!
