I made this simple ball thrown into a box with 3dsMax's Reactor. Then I used FumeFX to make it a source. It took very long to render, as I set V-Ray quality very high. As far as simulation quality goes, I couldn't use very high settings, because my comuter crashed. I suppose this happens due to it being a 32bit system.

  • what was the spacing/quality you used there? the fire seems so real...

    Did you set the vorticy to 1?
