I've heard Peggy Lee's version, but not for about 10 or 15 years. Thanks for uploading it, as well as the Frankie Randall and Steve Lawrence recordings.
I like Peggy Lee's rendition. Although it seems the lyrics were written for a man to sing, I think they work well for a woman singing about a man, also. And in this case, since Darrin Stephens was an advertising executive, he was always "pitching" one thing or another.

Well, of the 3 versions I've heard in YouTube, the one by Peggy Le version (at 2:13 here) is the best by far. The Billy Costa one is blah, but I had fun watching the nice pictures that you put while the tune was playing.

Glad you enjoyed them both, I dare say there are more good versions out there? Anyone want to submit any more versions? Sometimes you find various instrumental versions on those old cheapo LPs from the 60's & 70's.
