Shoulder Workout
If your goal is to have a well defined shoulders then you need to workout your shoulder muscle from all different angles.Shoulder has three different parts the anterior (front),medial ( middle ) and the rear ( back) and you need to exercise all three heads to make them bigger and well defined.
Bigger shoulder are also great from a cosmetic point of view as bigger shoulder makes your waistline look smaller or makes it appear smaller also not to forget that from a functionality point of view shoulder muscles ae required in every movement that you do like pushing, pulling etc.
In this video i am gonna show you five different exercises that you can do to build and define your shoulder muscles.
For all exercises you need to perform for three sets for approximately 12 -15 reps per set,if you idea is to build more strength then you can even stick with 6 -8 reps per set but be careful as chances of injury are extremely high when you lift heavy.

Following are the exercises -
1.Hanstand Press
2.Single Arm Shoulder Press
3.Side Raise
4.Upright Row
5.Rear Deltoid Raise

  • hey brothr...i gt a query...yr mjhe hamesha se ye bhot bda doubt hai dat will our shoulders wud be FLEXIBLE enugh aftr wrking out shouldrs nicely lyk u showd (whch is definitly d best...esp d side by side doing it...it really helps d core..d othr guy really doesnt know a lot abt it)...so shud i do more STRETCHING coz i really dun want it to be STIFF...

  • @manishrobmanishrob Hi Manish...lack of stretching makes muscles stiff...trust me weight training has got nothing to do with it .....regards raghav :-)

  • Sorry man your giving the wrong information.

You DEFINITELY shouldn't workout your shoulder on a daily basis.

ONCE is week is enough and if your an advanced bodybuilding then twice a week.

remember muscle doesn't grow when you workout, it grows when it rests.

  • @KammTheTrainer I never said do these exercises everyday although i did say do these exercise on regular basis ...hope this clarifies your doubts .....regards raghav :-)

  • dude, i LOVE your accent

  • @kochiyose12 yup by doing single arm shoulder press you work on unilateral strength ( one side of the body ) which activates more core ( abs, obliques, lower back) and stabilizing muscles, unilateral movements are great for correcting muscular imbalance....regards raghav :-)

  • @monkeydude106 You can disagree all you want.

When you do your full body workouts, your doing just minimal workouts.

You would get better results by separating your muscles and exhausting.

  • @KammTheTrainer im gonna have to disagree cause ive done full body workouts everyday with a day of rest followed by cardio and ive gotten some pretty good results

  • sab wrong position and working techinques .. bull shit

  • lol what the hell is this ..

  • @imtravis123 thanks for watching ....regards raghav :-)
