its not working at all, I can not bring my arms aligned with the spine ( 1:05 ) . Therefore I can not even stay for one minute into this pose, because all the weight is travelling through my arms into the floor. I told a friend to take my arm, and force it back, to test if my arm generally is able to get into this straight position,.... did not work.
either I have a malfunction in my shoulders, or I am just doing stupid mistakes.

@amrosik Hello, I would have to see what you are doing to know what the issue/s are. Please don't have you friend force your arm into place. Do you have any qualified yoga teachers in your area?
