ntermediate stretching exercises after running seven miles in under one hour. You can follow along but with caution. Flexibility in each of us varies, and in saying this, only stretch within your comfort zone. You should not feel pain at anytime, but if you do, it's your body telling you that you are stretching the particular muscle or muscles too far. Have fun!
