Editing Video With Photoshop CS4 Extended

I came across this great tutorial on how to edit video using Photoshop CS4 extended! I love the color corrections that are available in PS, and being able to apply them to video is a total win. I made this quick comparison by just changing the vibrance and contrast, yes the sky still could use some work. Video made with Sony Vegas.

Hello, i tried to edit video in my photoshop cs4, but i have a question for you. I want to use a plugin to add a particular effects, but it is applied only on the first frame. Is there a way to apply an effect on all the frames?

Yes there is a way, but I can't remember off hand how to do it. I think it says in the article.

question: how did you edit each frame of the clip? whenever i use a noise reducing filter, it only applies it to the first frame. any help?

Not sure you can do NR for video with CS4, but there are plenty of other programs that will do NR.  Try "neatvideo"

@michele848484. Navigate to and select: Filter > Convert for Smart Filters. That turns the timeline into a "Smart Object" and all effects will be applied to all frames in the sequence.

@aboyandastang Yes! I've read the article and found what i needed. To apply filters you must transform the video layer into a smart layer, then everything goes ok !
