The more I hear this thoughtful guy, the more I find I am nodding in agreement, thinking,"Why do richest people amongst us get to make the policies, and not the brightest minds in our communities?"

But it wasn't just financial support...regime change (initiated from the outside) that adopted policies that were against the best interests of the island, purposeful suppression of reform, not to mention a full occupation of the the country by the US simply to protect "corporate interests"; intentional incitement of civil war; continued political dominance of a mulatto elite handpicked by foreign powers...

no you would have to assume that foreign influence (which was ALWAYS finacial support) was the cause but science can prove race is the issue just as in any other black ran nation...south africa is becoming another example very quickly of a successful white nation handed over to blacks and now it is full of murder and crime

And we are to assume that this was all due to race? That the country's deep history of foreign influence and infiltration from the West had absolutely nothing to do with its present condition?

ill give you one crucial example of what i consider "collapse" and what will happen here in the US very soon... the collapse of french haiti from one of the most prosperous nations in the new west to one of the poorest most diseased and corrupt nations in the wolrd... thats what i mean

That depends on what you define as "collapse." Japan has gone through many, radical transitions in its political, social past. And to be frank, it's losing much of its self-confidence and influence today, despite being much more homogeneous than the West. Not that bringing up education is a sidenote; Japan has schooled alot of Western nations in the past in terms of science/math before multiculturalism was adopted in the latter.

"taming" is different than domestication. i agree the ostrich has been domesticated but if you know anything about ostriches you'd know that they are probably a lot harder to domesticate than other animals. so first you'd need modern technology to capture them. i think you get what i'm saying.
