What is the Right to Petition?

www.GiveMeLiberty.org -- Learn about the battle to have the federal Judiciary declare the legal meaning of the last ten words of the First Amendment. WTP contends the Right of Petition includes the Right to WITHHOLD Taxes to secure Redress for Grievances regarding constitutional violations. This legal issue has NEVER been decided by any court. On January 4, 2008, the Judges of the Supreme Court of the United States, in conference, voted to deny the Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the landmark Right-to-Petition case We The People v. United States. On January 7 the Court issued its Order denying certiorari. To fight a corrupt government, or "judicial system" within it own courtroom, with its own justice system ,has got to be the dumbest thing iv ever herd.

I had the HONOR of personally serving the papers requesting redress of grievances prepared by the "We the People foundation" to my Congress rep. (at the time) Barney Frank last summer, and of coarse received absolutely no reply whatsoever. Which only made me more active... ! Thanks Bob and everyone else involved !! For the rest, GET INVOLVED ! Silence is a sign of agreement.

The Government must feel they're above the law and don't have to answer to anyone! That's a lot of bunk! We voted them into office to vote for US! And stand by US! And do for US! They put their pants on the same way as you and I and are no better! The only thing they have is a better paying job. But why should they be paid when they shirk their responsibilities?
