How long did it take you to prepare/make any amount of sushi? I'd make that stuff everyday, but it takes too damn long.

I know what you mean. The rice only takes about an hour if I do it on the normal setting on my cooker. Rinse, add water, and push a button. The rest depends on ingredient prep, but if I make an assortment, it usually takes as long as cooking the rice.
Then another 15 minutes after that. Pro's are a lot quicker though

1. Parts of it yes. The sushi was great though.
2. Considering how much I put on, I think I took it pretty well.
3. I did. I thought... "I'm gonna put on more wasabi than I should!"
