  • @Johannes999999999 i think most of my agreement with your comment lies in my opinion of the vibrato. otherwise I think its a pretty tasteful performance!

  • This vid went viral on Mogadishu

  • @Johannes999999999 This comment seemed a lot more mature and acceptable :)

Maybe you're right about the interpretation (or wrong, perhaps I'm not expierienced enough or I haven't listened and analyzed enough to know) but I think they still got across the light and happy mood, in their own way. But then again, it's just an opinion so, sorry for ridiculing you :)

This reminded me of this quote:

Never look down on anybody unless you're helping him up. ~Jesse Jackson

  • @SomeAnimeOtaku Don't get me wrong, it is a wonderful performance and the virtuosity and proficiency of the performers should be praised. I simply believe a more classical (less romantic) interpretation is more advantageous and more tasteful. Nevertheless, it is nothing more than an opinion.

  • @Johannes999999999 I don't really care about the opinion of someone who so carelessly critisizes mister Maxim Vengerov.

I'll be enjoying this beautiful performance of an even more beautiful composition :)

  • @SomeAnimeOtaku I am not. Heavy vibrato such as this was a Romantic invention. Mozart wrote for purity and substance, not for theatrics.

  • @Johannes999999999 hahahaha you're kidding right? = D

  • The viola is so underestimated as a solo-instrument. Such a warm sound compared to the violin.
