yes it can, deffianteley 1, im not sure about 2 m14 mags but i think 2 ak mags will fit.

AZN thats true, i was looking for that vest over this one but it was out of stock everywhere so i went with this instead, still a good vest though
mrATWA if the mp5 mag is clamped it will only fit 1 clamped mag in there because of the clamp, but stacking the mp5 mags side by side should fit 4
