@deffo99 unless you haver already a physical problem developed you shouldnt go for it. your personal trainer said it.... i wonder where he got his qualification then. when i myself been with some top personal trainers in different occasions and seminars and know that you you are saying, or at least in the way you state his point, seems to address directly your case, not a general rule.

@deffo99 ROFLMAO

@deffo99 you train with the biggest, blackest, funkiest dicks in your mouth...

@OneDownServer My personal trainer at planet fitness told me squats deadlifts chinups and bench pressing is bad for you. He will hurt his back with this weight and bad form. I always use perfect form and dont lift over 90lbs on any exercise. I use really high reps and avoid compound movements as they hurt you this is the way to train.

@deffo99 that was damn good form for a 1000lbs squat. he broke parallel. you're just used to watching monlifts with quadruple ply leviathan squats. he's huge...you're not. he squats huge...you don't. don't get mad little lady get glad.

keep tapping 2 for vroom
-
keep tapping 9 to see dance moves

wow thats thats one of the cleanest powerlifting squats i've ever seen. he didn't use a sumo stance and it looked like he even went slightly below parallel.
also, that guy is fucking massive. even his head looks huge compared to the spotters'. too much GH lol
-
@Jograndable yeah, i know what you mean :p i'm just giving this guy huge props, 'cause it looked very smooth and his courage to do it with just spotters. Besides, he went parallel and even below, something that donnie thompson didn't in his world record.. Although 100 lbs might be a bit over the top. Just curious what he can reach in his carreer :p
no spot rack with 1000lbs you got balls, those guys spotting looked like oompaloompas haha
