How to: Edit Custom Backgrounds for YouTube Channels 2.0 (Beta)

Another Tutorial this time not involving games but YouTube Channel Backgrounds. This video come with a pre-made template download that you can follow along with and the video also teaches some basic Photoshop. Hope this helps and leave any questions you have in the comments. Enjoy! ;D

****IMPORTANT****
File above is in PSD (Adobe Photoshop Document) format so you have to have Adobe Photoshop CS4 to open it. Adobe Photoshop Elements will also open this file but Elements looks a bit different from Adobe Photoshop CS4

The difference between Elements and CS4 is Elements is for commercial use like hobbies and its simple while CS4 is more for professional use its really complicated and has lots of tools.

This will also open with Gimp which is a program similar to Adobe Photoshop and best of all its free. However this video isn't compatible with Gimp because it doesn't show how to use it.

You should should search for Elements since its cheaper than CS4 but if your made of money and are planning to do more with Photoshop than whats on this video you should get CS4, otherwise theres no point in buying a $500 program just for YouTube backgrounds.

@iiliketheblueone I tried PhotoFiltre and you can open the PhotoShop Documents but you can only edit it as one image and not as layers. If you were to try and edit the template I uploaded with PhotoFiltre you might have a tough time.
