How to knit a jiaozi (dumpling)

A little pleated dumpling, this clip is to supplement the text pattern ( http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/jiaozi-dumplings ). I don't show how to knit a flat circle in the round as that would have made this even longer. I use the lighter circular cast-on and have a video of that elsewhere in my uploads.

I'm a Combined knitter, so my purls are oriented Eastern. This won't affect the pattern at all, but it's why the way I purl may look funny.
