Forgive me if I'm wrong, but did you say you could leave the bones and eat them as well? This looks delicious, I have undergone quit a serious diet and went from 6ft 2, 218lbs, to 6ft 2, 189 lbs, and I am shocked I have never seen anything that looks this delicious while staying on the "healthy" yet nutritional side of the spectrum. subbed!

Do you have difficulty because you just can't count above 10 without your socks off?

Great recipe i tried it with 15 oz can of wild caught pink salmon. Absolutely delicious, you can remove the bones (little tubular items) easily by emptying can into large plate and unrolling it a bit, you can take most of it out in one piece.
i paid under $4.00 for the can.
