Sara Lee bugs in my bread!

So my wife buys a loaf of Sara Lee bread. She comes home and puts it on the counter. While I'm doing the dishes I notice some bugs, but I assume they are on the outside, especially since the package had yet to be opened. To my surprise they were on the inside of the bag, so they came from the bakery that way! I tried to do the right thing and call their 800 number and all they did was send me a coupon for another loaf of bread. Not exactly a stellar effort at customer retention...
