This is part 2 of 2 showing the latest acquisition by the V&T Railroad, an old Erie and Lackawanna car being unloaded from a semi-truck. It was brought in from Detroit and unloaded with a crane at the F Street crossing of the Virginia and Truckee Railroad.
This video shows a Dynalift being used to shove the semi-trailer out of the way, and then a big crane lifting the end of the new car onto its wheelset/trucks.
Then we see the V&T D-1 diesel couple to the car and haul it away for its first trip in Virginia and Truckee tracks.
Nice job editing.

3 passenger cars, plus the private excursion car, what are they planing for?

Actually, four passenger cars plus the private excursion car they already had. I think they want to be ready to run the long trips to Carson City for the next few years, Sierra Railroad seems to be out of the picture.
