Thanks for posting this video. I've been a record collector (U.S. 78s and cylinders) for nearly 30 years, and recently got interested in Weimar-era popular music. Bernauer is one of my (new) favorites. Just wish I knew more about him.

Clever song noting one flapper's frustration in the lengthening of dresses in the autumn fashions of 1930.
A big hit in Britain too with over a dozen dance band versions.
