ALL I see in Thailand when I see a Foreigner on a Jet Ski is a Wally riding a huge ATM with his money falling out of the back of it (from his bank account) into the water.

the biggest problem for tourists is the jet ski criminals who scam tourists by demanding ££ for fake damage to a jet ski after it has been hired usually £1000.
the police help them by intimidating tourists into paying
they have no lawful right or power to make you pay anything demand your consul is contacted
