who was he training exactly ? or were they hiding in the footwell ? and even if he was in roadcraft that is no excuse for endangering lives of the road workers as the rest of the videos show on the hd.. if i upload the rest of the video you will see and very clear images also from the onboard cam.. this video is just showing part of what some officers do themselves and then say to the public its the law and they end up being banned.. think what you like i am only making a valid statement !

the law states if they exceed the speed limit in any zone they have to have there lights on, sirens if they come into traffic etc. yes there is no traffic but i cant see any lights can you? besides if they were on a call, there not much use 40 miles away from the cheshire border on the A55 in north wales when it a cheshire car? This isnt the whole vid anyway, only a low quality clip? Oh and as for speed i hold a full race license and IAM cert so i am more than capable of driving at high speed.

I assume your in an unmarked car (no rear hi-vis / markings), probably do not hold any form of advanced driver training and by your own admission are "racing...", and driving in excess of at least the national 70mph. You don't show the speed in the 40mph limit nor the speed above 90mph to support the 120mph claim.

I would suggest that the driver was either on training or a call, and that your were lucky not to be pulled over for your own speed.

Couldnt give a rats arse what training you have - at these speeds Id expect to see a car lit up like a ufo coming my way. I drove for GPs with green light before the days of paremedic cars and we were told that if you need to do something outside the highway code then you should use your lights (at the least) preferably the green and 3's.

No matter what the law is - common sense says that at those speeds the police should be singing and dancing with everything on offer to show people they are flying in their direction!  I have felt tempted to film this situation myself but have always been alone. Id love someone to start a website up specifically for catching police on video doing wrong.
