@GHLstudio No, i think you mean you received a 32 bit and a 64 bit disc. And im also guessing you were running like vista ultimate or xp and trying to get to win 7 home premium which isnt possible like that :/

what r u on, vista is slower it eats up more RAM and the security setting are rediculous, plus 7 installs software and hardware without having to install most of the drivers.

how do you send the proof of purchase for sony?

Once you order your upgrade they send you an email asking you to confirm your proof of purchase. There is 2 or 3 options. You can scan your receipt and email it to them, you can fax it to them or you can send it to them via standard mail I believe.
