2 Strand brioche braid

Once it is braided, I brush an egg wash over the top of the dough, place it in a rectangular baking pan, and leave it in the steam closet about two hours.

When the dough rises to meet the top of the baking pan, I brush it with egg wash again and bake it for about 30 minutes.
