In my final weeks in the US Navy, I decided to take a trip to Hiroshima, Japan and pay my respects to the victims of that horrific August morning in 1945. A sobering experience for sure. I also ventured to Miyajimaguchi and saw the world-famous Shinto Itsukushima shrine and surrounding structures. This is my final "Naval Confessions" video- thanks for tuning in.

  • Wow, you have evolved so much a a film maker. Don't get me wrong, all of your films are beyond amazing. Your narration, and editing is flawless. However, this one is history channel worthy. What beautiful places, almost Zen like. OMG so sorry to hear about your condition I had no idea. I hope things are better. I wish I knew the right words to say about how sorry I am this happened to you. The Navy should give you very high recognition for this film.

  • @brynerinberg Thanks! I'll let the History Channel know you approve ;)

  • Sad to see these end. You've done a great job with them. Sorry to hear about the epilepsy as well. Hope all goes well with that in the future.

  • Nice video.

  • @Jalu3 I may yet wear the khakis...If they let me back in, LOL. Epilepsy is pretty serious, though. I can't see them bringing me back unless I am 100% seizure-free
