the song is up and down (pointbreak original) this show was in front of the entire eighth grade and features kasey on drums, brad on lead and danny on rhythm and vocals

im feelin so up and down these days livin up to all the praise is so hard
and they tell you that your doin fine and that your really stayin off the line of fault
but the minute that you drop the ball its the first of the facade to fall and shame
and you realize that its all done the second that you thought you won but its lies

from the pressures of today

and i cant imagine seeing you in the pain of glass that i look through tinted red in darkness
but i cant imagine just how it feels to go through with all your ordeals but i do stay true
and i sit at home and watch tv hopin all the troubles that follow me will float away
but after all i realize that its fabricated beyond eyes and its truth
