Holla! Have you considered intellectus diet (just google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

hey man! the better is the more efficient one. As far as i can see this has the function to explain the all picture on our lives. But of course the quality lies in details. The blood type diet has its own explanation for the true specialities of a blood type. Thus makes the blood type diet important as same as the genotype diet. Better to get the all books :D:D:D

ive just come accross the blood type diet but then i found out that he now has this diet, does this mean the blood type diet doesnt count anymore?? any ideas which one would be better?
