No Japan didn't. The donation of Korea was the smallest per capita in every OECD

country. Less than 10% of that of Taiwan. It is noteworthy that Korea pulled back most of that tiny money for the Takeshima issue. well, i am quite surprised that my post is the most popular here. Anyway, we do not need to talk about any Japanese cruelty towards Koreans here.
