Learn how to prepare jicama. Jicama is an underground vegetable that can be eaten raw or cooked. Great served with lime juice and can be used as a "cracker" for dips or with a topping, or used in stir fry.

  • @Negronyc1 Negronyc1 told me another way to enjoy jicama: "THE best and the only way to prepare and enjoy jicama is # 1 peel the jicama with teeth, # 2 split it into 1cm slices, # 3 put, lemon, salt and chile powder to taste and LISTOOOOOO! !!!!!" I did try to peel the jicama with my teeth and it works...be sure to wash it first...and follow the directions above - It is very good! Mucho Gracias!
