It has 3 verses + a chorus so it would be abit long for an anthem. It would also sound shittly played by brass-band which is how most anthems are used....

Living in the UK, I have had enough of sickly political correctness, seeing my fellow Aussie responses to Mr Mikimoto are spot on! Well done. How he can bring ramming a whaling boat into it, he must be a bit wonky upstairs.Aussies are not perfect, but hey, the vast majority of us are prepared to give anyone a fair go, if they are prepared to be part of the wider Aussie community, and work a fair day for a fair days pay and generally not eat endangred species!
