they need to make this show real. If these kids really are delinquents the only way to set them straight is to make them really experience prison life. They should get beat up by inmates, forced to eat p***y, dudes raped by other dudes- real scarring shit. Then it'd be fun to watch and those kids would never think about being "badasses" again.

This shit is fake. All the inmates are acting and never is anyone is danger. These shows are made by TV networks and they have to be cautious and insured up the ass for any trauma and against a lawsuit.

lol this is so fucking funny, i participated in scared straight, and let me tell you something. prison, jail and all that is just another day to day thang. just like a job for normal ppls. except you get strip searched and flashlights shined into your butt hole. and after that you are a slave. just like in real life, if your not rich then you are a slave to the rich. and in prison, if you arnt a senior or have siniority, then you are thier bitch; a slave, a yes sir yes miss type if person.

@Brandon75689 They are troubled teens but they are still minors. The purpose is to scare them not traumatize or victimize them. Of course, those inmates participating in the program would be staging it but that does not mean that inmates who are really more dangerous and scary doesn't exist inside those prison.
