If you've only got one rar file in your Downloads directory, you could just type:

unrar e *.rar

Hi can you help me i download iFile and my ipod chrashed by download unrar and now cydia will not go is it also ever by this download how i can go back to cydia ever wenn i open cydia is it ever by the downloading unrar. But ever i do it dont go maybe you know a awser thanks
