This is actually an inside joke. Tuti, the actor playing Gin remembers his lines through the use of trigger phrases. In RMB Saien, he will sing his lines when he hears Hitsugaya saying 'It's against orders'. So what they did here was play on that trivia and apply it to Gin, like, what if Gin also depends on trigger phrases, wouldn't it be a riot!
