If I was able to film the moon the way John does, Id never leave the house! Beautiful music with beautiful footage. I loved the star at the end. We live in a very mysterious and stunning universe and I feel very privileged to have watched this video many thanks Xx

I want to know why Mr. Walson will not let anyone know what he is using to get these pictrures. Can't he get it patented and then revel it. If you are able to get these type of close-ups i think it is important enough for to have some type of coraboration.
It is an absoulute boon in Astronmy. I have a 6 inch Criterian when I was young and i have look through some expensive scopes and University scoopes nothing like what he does.

@GRIDKEEPER HMMM thats sweet, its really that simple??? it kind of makes sense, because the ccd screen can pick up ultraviolet and higher frequency wavelengths, and lower than normal wavelengths that we cannot see. thanks alot for the info. nice work, it sux that because someone at thier house did this, that no one believes believes, i have to say i do cause of my own experience, i was planning to film them if i can do it again, i swear it was a compliment when they came lol. thank you@!

@GRIDKEEPER so how do we build it? i myself accidentally made contact with my tesla coil system, it was werid they were sitting there way up in the sky and then they slowly moved away, there were 3 of them. it was amazing!!!

@boxa888 HI, take the lens off the video camera so that the ccd chip is exposed directly onto the mirror.

Off topic question, but are you in any way connected to the Saint Birgetta group? Your video editing as well as the female voice used in a separate video are strikingly similar.
