McCain concession speech

I voted for President Obama but I have absolute respect for Senator McCain.  His speech had class. Something you cannot say about the people there supporting him.

What a speech, and what a class act this man is.

This is a fantastic speech! It's a shame the world realised what a great president McCain would have been after hearing his concession speech...

I had absolutely no respect for John McCain. That was, until I watched this on Election night. Seriously, those extreme right-wing nutjobs in the croud need to grow up and learn to show some class! Their candidate did, so why can't they?

I never had respect for Palin! I hate that bitch! But between the two of them, you can't deny that McCain went out with some class. Look at what Palin's done since she lost the election! Wined about being unfairly treated by the media, bitched about a joke David Letterman made about her daughter when anyone with any common sense would know that he was referring to Bristol and not Willow, resigned as Governor of Alaska because she can't take the pressure, a perfect example of a sore loser!

I always thought that McCain was forced to play to the (very) lowest common denominator. I think he never showed his real personality until Obama had won. After that point he was safe to tell people to shut up, such as the booing idiots. Pretty sad situation, really.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if that were true, especially considering that he denounced negative attack adds and smear-campaigning in the 2000 Presidential Campaign. Amazing what the party can do to the person, isn't it?
