Here is a video inside Otaki Shonyudo, its an 800 metre long series of caves with a 30 metre high waterfall, which happens to be the highest underground waterfall in Japan. Its very close to the town of Gujo Hachiman in Gifu Prefecture.

Being somewhat claustrophobic, with an aversion to earthquakes and (masssive) earthquake produced caves, I was last in and first out. And quite happy to be first out thank you very much.
