@badsaddamdotnet: Do you think that using a screen capture program makes the emulation faster on a G4? I hope you understand...

Windows NT 3.5 through 4.0 do have native PowerPC binaries (stock on every NT 4.0 disc; in 3.5 they were separate discs for each platform.)
NT 4.0 for PowerPC will *NOT* run on a Mac. Period. What is shown here (VirtualPC emulating an x86, running the x86 version of NT, or similar apps operating within another native OS,) is the only way to run Windows NT 4.0 on a PowerPC Mac.
However, IBM's ill-fated "PC Power Edition" or RS/6000 line will do it just fine. As will Motorola's old PPC boxes.

i don't even know what kind of computer you'd need to run windows nt 4 for powerpc natively. definitely not a stock Mac.

So video have no sense because your PowerPC Mac is using virtual emulated x86 processor do run Windows NT 4.0 wich can support PowerPC processors? Am I wrong?
could you just run it directly scince it supports PowerPC?

Unfortunately, no. Even PPC builds does NOT support Macintosh... I've used VirtualPC software, which emulates x86 processor.
