@valleycreekbaptist Halloween was about going around the neighborhood with your friends. A small adventure of sorts. To have isolated Trick or Treating denies kids of freedom. The best times for Halloweens are on Fridays and Saturdays, and that comes around probably once in a lifetime for a kid. I went to a Catholic school which still has events, but they don't replace Halloween.
